Perfect! August is national family meal month which is interesting considering the information that came out recently about how your social structure can make you fat.
This is a great time and a great way to get the whole family involved in picking out foods that taste great and are fresh and healthly. Lots of us grill in August and grilling is usually a healthier alternative to frying. Be sure to use lean cuts of meat and remove any skin from poultry before eating it. (these little things add up)
Also, try to grill vegetables that are marinated, super yummy and healthy. Your whole family can eat well and you can set an example of this without being preachy.
